How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay allows you to receive your items right away, while spreading your total purchase over four equal payments, due every two weeks. The best part? It's interest free!

How Do I Pay With Afterpay?

Online

Choose Afterpay as your payment method at check out. You will then be able to instantly create an account, or sign in to your existing account, and complete the transaction.

In Stores

To pay in stores, you will need the Afterpay app.

Simply take your things to the counter and ask to pay by Afterpay. Our friendly staff will help with the rest.

How Does Laybuy Work?

Laybuy allows you to receive your items right away, and split your purchase total into six equal interest-free payments. Easy!

With Laybuy you can also choose the day of the week you would like to make your payments. Payments will be recur weekly from this day.

How Do I Pay With Laybuy?

Online

When paying online, select the Laybuy option at check out. You will then be able to sign in or sign up to Laybuy.

If you are new to Laybuy, you will need to have your credit score validated before you can purchase your items. Laybuy can only be used by NZ, UK and Australian residents who are 18+ years old.


In Stores

To use Laybuy in stores, simply take your items to the counter and ask to pay by Laybuy. Our friendly staff will guide you through the rest.

When will I be charged?

When you place an order with us, you will be charged for your purchase as soon as you click the PLACE ORDER button in the checkout. An order confirmation will be sent via email to confirm your order and payment. If you cancel your order, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

How do I use my discount/promo code?

You need to enter your discount/promo code in Step 1 of the checkout process. Under your order details you’ll see “Code”. Enter the discount/promo code in the box and click “Apply”. You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it can’t be applied after you’ve completed your order.

Why doesn’t my discount/promo code work?

You mightn’t have entered your discount/promo code during the checkout process. You may have used the discount/promo code on a previous order. The discount/promo code may have expired.

How can I pay?

We can only accept payments via American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Q Card and Hush Puppies Gift Card. If you wish to pay via Farmers Card or Hush Puppies Gift Voucher, please call our Customer Care Team on 0800 426 624 to place an order. Please be aware we take fraud seriously. All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and the card issuer.
