Delivery

Shipping is only available within New Zealand. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to other countries.

We aim to deliver within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) following order confirmation. Rural delivery can add 2-3 days to the delivery time.

We charge a non-refundable delivery fee of $7.50 for orders under $75, and offer free delivery on orders on over $75.

Once your order has been placed, we unable to amend any part of your order or change the payment.

Returns

Returns Policy

Hush Puppies is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition (unworn with packaging/labels attached) within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. We will exchange it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. Hush Puppies has the right to decline returns if the product is not returned in its original condition or returned outside of the 14 day period. Please be aware any delivery fee incurred is non-refundable.

How to return product

You can return product to any Hush Puppies store providing all the terms and conditions of our returns policy have been met. Please return the product with the purchase confirmation letter as your proof of purchase.

You can return product by post to the Hush Puppies Webstore providing all the terms and conditions of our returns policy have been met. Please return the product with the purchase confirmation letter as your proof of purchase. Please include a note stating whether you would like an exchange or refund.

*Postage charges on returns are non-refundable.

We will process your exchange or refund within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel.

Hush Puppies does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door.

Faulty product

If you receive faulty or incorrect product, please contact us. Please quote your order number. We will arrange free return and an exchange or refund.
